Adopting a mechanical torsion bar synchronization structure, the machine uses a torsion shaft to connect the left and right side cylinders, ensuring forced synchronous movement. This design guarantees parallel ram operation and consistent bending angles, making it especially suitable for high volume processing of 90° workpieces.

The entire frame is constructed from all steel welded plates and undergoes heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. This provides exceptional rigidity and stability, preventing deformation even under long term heavy duty use, and ensures a prolonged service life.
