How to choose the laser machine power?

Low power (20W - 100W) is often used for fine engraving, such as carving exquisite patterns on jewelry and marking the casing of electronic products; medium power (300W - 1000W) is suitable for general cutting and welding, such as cutting metal sheets to make handicrafts and welding small mechanical parts; high power (1000W and above) is used for heavy processing, such as cutting thick steel plates for ships and welding large steel structures for buildings.
